I need 4 of the pictures parts (two windows)
learned how to install from one of your recent customers. Will need the install clips as well?

Hi there!

What you have here is called an extended travel balance. It isn't a part of our stock catalog but we can still help via custom order. Can you confirm the stamp printed on the metal channels? We also need to see a photo of the metal clip attached to the end of the pulley cord.

As for the installation clips, may we see a photo of them?

I'm back ?. Attaching pix. I can only find imprinted. 13. 2. The clip pix shows it recessed in frame. I recently installed your lifter in my bosses window and believe it is similar.
