Replacement lock for Arcadia door

Question

I have a door with a broken latch. I would like to keep the door handle and replace the internal lock or maybe part of it only. Is there a replacement solution?

Note the pictures have the latch as it is from a different door in the house. Also, the cover is removed to show the lock.

We carry the 82-225, which is similar, but I don't think it will replace your old latch. Yours seems very big and nothing in our inventory looks similar.

The only help our company can provide is to suggest replacing the entire handle set with something like our 82-005. I'm sorry that we can't offer an easier solution.
