Replacement lock for sliding glass door?

Question

Hello, we are looking for a replacement lock for our sliding glass door. The current lock is stuck and no longer functions. I can't find any markings on the lock itself, though the door has a sticker on it, and I've attached a photo with that information. The lock itself (picture attached) looks to be brass, and is roughly 11 and 3/4 inches long, from top to bottom. The sliding glass door was installed before we moved in and I don't see a brand on it, but the screen door attached to the sliding glass door is Alumco brand.
