Replacement mechanism needed

Question

I am looking for a replacement mechanism for an old casement window. The window is installed horizontally and mechanism is located in center with two hinge cranks. I need a new mechanism and handle.

Hi! Your operator looks like an older Andersen part. Take a look at the 39-389 long-arm operator kit, which is used on newer Andersen windows. It might be your best option to replace your operator.
