Replacement needed: 25" - #2420

Need help confirming the correct part. My client didn't know what happened to the pulley system's string, so it needs replacing. Any help is appreciated!

Thanks for writing in! Your window balance can be replaced with the S370-25. It has a 19-004 top and 15-002 1" deep shoe.

Our 2420 stamp option will support a sash weighing 9 to 15lbs.
