Replacement needed

Question

There are no visible markings on the coil. Builder grade windows from MI from 17+ years ago. I ordered 2 of your S161-10 parts but they dont work. Can you tell me the correct parts to order and if I can use some of what I have already purchased. Thank you

Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at the 15-180, which is a match for your old pivot shoe. The 15-186 coil balance clip is sold separately. The video below will also go over how to determine the correct S180 coil spring weights.
