Replacement non-tilt channel balances and Window guides

House was built in 2004 by Mercedes Homes (Florida), I need to replace 2 non-tilt channel balances. Marking on side is: 29 9 FX CMC 7, they are 30" long (excluding feet)and 1/2" wide. Both feet have tabs/wings.
Also, need 2 top window guides. One shown is 1-1/2" long and almost 5/8" wide where screw is.
Also, I will need about 6 take-out clips.
Can you provide the part numbers that I would need, and their price?

Thanks for the detailed photos. Depending on the depth of your bottom balance shoe will determine whether our S380-30 or S385-30 channel balance with a 2865 would make the better match for you.
As for the top sash guide, our 18-166 looks similar to what you are showing us and the take out clip would be our 16-002.
