Hey there,

This window lock appears to be a match for the 38-144 Primary Casement Sash Lock. It is non-handed, so it will work for left and right applications. To confirm the correct replacement match, carefully look over the specifications.

The compatible keepers are the 38-276 and 38-277 Casement Sash Keepers.
