Replacement of My T-Shoe

Attached is a picture of my defective t-shoe. My balance is 33". Please advise the correct number with a photo if possible. Thank you!

Hello there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. The 15-236 resembles what you have here. You'll just want to make sure yours has a closed cam as well.

The balance would be the Series 795 but note that the 15-236 shoe won't fit in the metal channel of our balances. If you wanted to replace the whole balance, you'd have to use the default 15-195 shoe that comes with the S795. If your balance uses a hook to install, this would have to be a custom order.

Unfortunately, we do not sell a replacement for the tilt latch. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.
