Replacement of channel balance on P.G.T. single hung window

I want to replace the channel balances on a single hung PGT window.
The balances are 30" long by 1.2 inch wide.
One balance has the legend: 2965 BSIB
The other has the legend: 29 9 BS Caldwell

Is 60-2965 the right slider. Do I need to order the top and bottom caps separately

Your balance resembles the Series 395 channel balance. Were these balances used for the same sash on either side? The number stamps should be the same. If so, are you able to provide the weight of the window sash? The sash will need to be removed and placed a bathroom scale. Thank you!

The window sash weighs 37 lbs. the two sliders I reported are from the same window on either side.

For a 37 pound window sash, you can use a 2965 stamp that supports a 35 to 39 pound sash on both sides of the window. Let us know if you have any additional questions!
