Old part brand DISCO. 5.5 inch center line handle holes. 4.0 inch center line door connection holes. Pull from left to right to open. White color.

Hello!

Your handle reminds me of our 82-089 with 3-15/16" hole center spacing, but it's not exact. Look over our photos and dimensions and see what you think. Note, this handle set is designed to work with a mortise lock like our 82-218 or 82-265. If yours differs, I'd like to see it to confirm if it's compatible.

This door slides from right to left. Door thickness is 1.5 inches. Here's a picture if the lock

Great! Your mortise lock looks like a dead ringer for our 82-218 which is fully compatible with the 82-089 handle set.
