Replacement of triple coil window balance

Question

Hello,
I have a window with triple coil balance. I don't have the part number. All the four springs are broken for inner (lower) and outer sash. The window is quite old. I would really appreciate your guidance and help to resolve the problem. I don't see an option to remove the old spring balances from the window channels also. Please see a few pictures of the broken spring balances.
