Replacement of window balances

Question

Can you tell me what product would replace my window balances? They are 29" long, and the only marking I see on them is 28C USB. I have attached pictures of the ends of the balance. The windows were installed in 2003.

Thanks for posting, Gary. I would start by looking at our S380-29 channel balance. Just make sure the size of the nylon attachments that come with it are the same as yours! I also recommend the 2830 option. Two balances with this option can carry a window sash weight of 16 through 23 pounds. If your sash weight falls under that range, I think you're good to go.
