Replacement operators

Question

I have quite a few Jeld-Wen casement windows that were installed 23 years ago that have failed operators. I am sourcing replacement parts and companies that can install them in Greenville, SC.

Thanks so much for reaching out to us. This looks like a pretty typical casement window operator, though a slightly older style. The manufacturer makes these a little differently now.

The arm looks fairly long so my first thought is going to be the 39-013, which has a 13-1/2" long arm. Make sure to measure yours before purchasing just to verify. You'll note that this operator has an elliptical shaped base, which is now standard for most modern Truth brand operators.
