Hi, thankfully I was able to identify that it was your company that made this due to the stamp. I would like to order a replacement. the 3 photos attached are what are at the ends as well as the stamp. The plastic from the top of the pulley system is broken and the pin that held the very strong string in place snapped. Thank you for your help!

Hi there, Max.
What you have here is an old discontinued balance. We can help but our replacement won't be exactly the same as what you show here. To outline it for you, we'll be using a "skinny" ribbed version of our Series 795. This balance comes with a T-lock shoe by default but you won't be able to use it. You'll need to pop it off and find a way to re-install the metal clip that anchors to your pivot shoe in order for our replacement to function.
Can you tell me the number of balances you're looking to replace? I can draft a price quote from there.

Hello, thank you for your quick reply. Yes, I believe the 795 will do. Looks like the bottom part is just an updated version of what I currently have which is shown in the uploaded photo. I think I just remove the red one I have and put yours in, right? In any case, I would like to order 2 32F. I think it would be best if I just upgrade both sides to keep things consistent.
