Replacement part

Question

I am looking for a replacement part for the 1st image. I believe our windows are Andersen, but the markings on the handle of the window says Entry Guard. The house windows are from year 2000. Would the Truth MultiGard Latch (Product Code: 38-210) found on your website work to replace the broken part?

If the nylon guide shown in your second photo was from inside the casement lock, I would recommend taking a look at the 38-144. Unfortunately, the internal plastic piece is not available separately but take a look and compare the dimensions to your part. Please note that you would also need to replace the keeper with either the 38-276 or 38-277. Thank you!
