Hi, I need to replace this part of the window and the clips. Where can I order from?

Hi there!

The pivot shoe shown here looks like the 15-177. Take a look and see if you agree. I'm not sure what clips you need though. Can we see a photo of them?

Thank you very much for your response. What is the name and model number of the round parts above the coil balance shoe. Attached is a picture of the clip I was referring to.

Thank you for the additional photo! Our 26-226 comes to mind but you'll want to compare the specifications with an undamaged version to confirm.

As for the coil supports, the Series 152 coil springs are compatible with the 15-143 bushing, 15-144 bushing cap, and 15-145 barrel. These parts "sandwich" around each spring.

Thank you.

I truly appreciate your help. I took a closer look at one of the Pivot bars that was not broken, and I'm attaching the picture. Can you kindly tell me the model number for this Pivot Bar.

Also, how would I know which coil balance I should order. (4lb, 6lb or 8lb) how do I determine which lb I need?

Thank you in advance.

We don't sell your exact pivot bar but the 26-226 appears to be our closest option. We also have the 26-030 and 26-352. If you haven't already, I recommend you compare the specifications with an undamaged version to see if one of them matches up.

There should be a stamped weight code on the tongue of the coil spring. If there isn't or it's too faded, you'll have to weigh the window sash and divide the weight by the total number of springs in the window to determine the proper spring weights.
