Replacement part - Atrium window

I need a part for a double hung ATRIUM window. On each side is a spring-loaded mechanism. On one of those mechanism, the string/cord broke. Do you carry either the core or the entire mechanism?

Thank you for your patience during our busy season. With this combination of fittings, it looks like you have the S395 channel balance. Can you tell me what the stamp on your metal channel says?
As for the sash lock, I'll need you to write out the distance between the two installation holes, measured from center-to-center.
