Clips holding the top window. To open the top window those clips or locks, have to be unlocked by pulling with your fingers.

It sounds like you may be looking for the internal tilt latches. If so, you could start by comparing the specifications of the 26-132P commonly used in the 9500 Series window. The determining factor will be how the specifications below compare to an undamaged version of your latch. Thanks for posting!
