Replacement part identification

Question

I can't determine what this replacement part is called after watching the video.  I have attached a photo of an intact part.  It is 4 1/2" long.  The part is cracked in another of our windows making it impossible to open.

Thanks for reaching out! It appears the part you are searching for is the 15-205 Coil Triple Support. The other cover is likely damaged because the assembly needs to be replaced.

To determine the correct replacements needed for your window, if you are interested in doing so, I'll need to see a photo of them removed from the window. The most important part I'll need to see is the shoe as there are two different shoes compatible with the type of cover you appear to have.
