Replacement part needed for patio door

Question

My lock keeps locking upon closing. The only markings on the lock are "this side up" and "SA" stamped onto it. Ithe lock is 9 inches with a 12 inch cover/faceplate to it. The double latch are bout 7 inches when in the locked position.
