Replacement part needed for pivot lock shoe

Question

Looking for a replacement "u" bushing or pivoting "u" nut for the pivot lock shoe shown in attached picture. If part is not available, okay with purchasing replacement pivot lock shoe mechanism for a coil tensioner similar to that shown in picture. Pivot lock shoe is 1 1/4" wide x 9/16" thick x 2 1/2" long.
