Replacement balances for home in Japan

Hello
I am trying to help a friend find some replacement parts for his windows in his home in Japan.

Picture a has a 2640 engraved on it model # 26-4
Picture b has 20 3 KO marked on it model # 20-3
picture c has 17 3 KO marked on it model # 17-3
picture d has 0830 marked on it model # 8-3

I would like to get unit price and availability of each.

Thanks for contacting us. Assuming the nylon ends on each balance are the same, I believe our Series 385 will work for each case.

All of our balances are standard except the final one, stamped 8-3. This will have to be specially made. Before we get started, can you just tell me how many you need? Once I know that, I'll email you a special order link and price quote.

the 20-3 we are looking for 10-14 of
and the 17-3 we need (6)

We can get by with out the specially made one for now.

Okay, gotcha. In that case, I recommend looking at our Series 385 page. You can see the selection of lengths we have there. Let me know whenever you want to pull the trigger on that custom balance.

Thanks for your help I have 2 more request.
1) the custom balance stamped 8-3 I need a quote for quantity (4) of those.

2) I am also looking for metal retainer clips.

As for the retainer clip, could you be talking about a take out clip like our 16-002?
