Replacement parts

Hi. I have ALSIDE windows manufactured in 2012.

I need replacement pivot bars, thumb latches & mechanisms.

I spoke with someone at the manufacturer who gave me the warranty department who said they don't take orders and gave me your website.

Below are the internal model numbers for the parts I need. Attached are pictures of everything but the pivot bars.

Can you reply with the item numbers in your system I'll need to replace these parts? Please advise.

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see your tilt latch and actuator completely removed from the window, along with written out dimensions, to compare to our inventory.

What I can see of your pivot shoe resembles the 15-177, but you'd need to remove it from the window to confirm that the style and dimensions match up to ours.

As for the pivot bar, I don't see an exact match in our inventory but I'm going to show this to one of our senior experts to research while we wait for more photos of your tilt latches. Thank you!
