There are two major markings the first being the series 9000 SH on the windows. And the second being 86 27-4 GMS CMC 87

We can supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order due to the 86 stamped on your metal channels. We'll need to know the number of balances that you need, with the minimum being two, to get an order link and price quote together for you.

I need a total of 4 of the balances. Do I need that metal piece at the top as well? It is missing in at least two of the channels.

Great, we just sent over an order link and price quote for the balances you requested. I'm not sure what metal clip you're referring to but the takeout clips come to mind. If so, you can start by comparing the 16-002 to a clip from one of your windows. Thank you!
