Thanks for writing in. For the pivot bar, our 26-040 looks close; but review the dimensions below to confirm it matches what you have. For the pivot shoe, please remove your existing one from the window and tell us its exact width and thickness. We should be able to narrow this down from there.

This looks like a housing for a pivot bar. We don't sell this exact style, unfortunately, but our 26-330 is very similar. If you're handy you may be able to adapt it for use in your window.
