I am needing 16 - 33" window balance with the pictured ends and 16 of each of the pivot bars and locks pictured.

We can help but because of the 15-198 clip on the end of your balance, they will need to be custom made. You will receive a special order link in a few minutes. As for your other parts, take a look at our 26-244 and 26-243 tilt latches and see how the dimensions compare to yours. As for your pivot bar, we'll need to see an undamaged one removed from the window to recommend a replacement. Thank you!
