We are trying to locate tilt latches and balance springs for windows

I'm confident we can help you, but I am afraid we can't narrow down anything from that label. This hardware in general varies a bit even when you have manufacturing information. Can you remove the balances and latches from the window and show us pictures? We'll be able to narrow things down from there. Many thanks.

Thanks for getting back to me. For the tilt latches, they honestly might be our 26-243 and 26-244; the surface shape might be different, but if the dimensions otherwise match this might be our best bet for you. Remove one of your old tilt latches and compare to confirm. As far as the balance goes, you have an old crossbow-type balance that isn't made anymore; fortunately, it can be replaced with our Series 795 channel balance. The video below shows how.
