Thanks for reaching out. Your shoe appears to be an older discontinued shoe that is no longer made. The good news is, the 15-177 will work as a suitable replacement. To confirm for sure, you'll need to remove your assembly from the window to compare the measurements.

These are compatible with the Series 152 Coil Springs. To determine which spring you will need for your window, check the metal coil to see if there are any stamps/markings. If there are none, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the window and divide it by the number of coils in the window.
