Replacement parts

Question

Left and right balancers for window. Markings on spring was a 4 and one was a 5. We also need 4 tilt clips. There where no numbers on clips to hold window in the frame. Both broke within  a day. How do we pay for parts?

Your balance shoe resembles the 15-087 housing pivot shown below, which would use the S180 coil springs, 15-086 tandem housing, and 16-024 or 16-031 mounting bracket. Take a look and compare the specifications below to yours.
