Replacement parts

Also a roll of weather strip ( see pic ) channel looks to be 3/16" - tube appears to be 1/4"
Last Glazing see pics 7/8" total width.
Thes windows are original to the house. I am re-siding the house and re-setting several windows, adding proper flashing. Most were dropped in rough opeinigs with out being ; square, level, plumb. They operate a bit eaiser now that they are set correctly, however still take a fair amount to raise and lower. Would you advise replacing these at this time or are they a half way decent window ( they look like Ply Gem to me ).
can you reccoment any type of lubrication to have these move a bit eaiser ?
Any assistance would be apprecated.
Tnanks.

Hello,
Our closest match for your bubble seal would be the 58-135 but the diameter differs as shown below. Take a look and see if this might work for your application.

Unforutnately, I can't quite make out the details of your glazing bead. If the piece you're showing is damaged, please cut off an intact piece to help us narrow down your options.
As for the balances, yours resemble the S795-28 (28B) except that yours might use the smaller 1" wide 15-194 T-lock shoes, which are sold separately. You'd follow the video below to swap out the stock shoe. You'll also need to check the pulley clip to see if it matches the screw tab used with our stock balances or if you might need the 15-198 hook, which we can provide through a custom order if needed. Thank you!
