Your pivot bar reminds me of the 26-226. While I am confident this is the replacement you'll need carefully compare the dimensions to confirm.

Since the coils appear to have become disconnected from the shoe, it would be a good idea to double check them to see if they might need to be replaced. If so, you'll need the Series 152 Coil Balance, which is attached to the shoe using the 33-072 screw. Take a look at the video tutorial below for instructions on how to select the correct coils.

You may also need the 15-143 Coil Bushing, 15-144 Coil Bushing Cap, and 15-145 Coil Support Barrel to replace the balance covers.
