Unfortunately, the window label does not tell us the hardware it uses. For the hinges, you can start by comparing the 36-048 set with a 10" long base to yours. If you need the operator as well, we'll need to see photos of the base and arms that move the sash to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
I agree that the 36-048 hinges should work as long as you replace the opt and bottom at the same time. We also offer the 14" long 36-049 set if you'd prefer a slightly larger option. Either set should work but the range the window opens may be affected.

secondly, I have some simonton sash windows that no longer stay up. Do I need to start a separate thread to get the items for repair
You're welcome to submit photos of the Simonton window balance that supports your window sash, uninstalled, to this thread for identification as well.
It seems like you might have a type of spiral balance, but we'll need to see the assembly fully removed, including the end of the spiral, to compare to our inventory. See the guide below depending on whether you have a tilt or non-tilt window.
I didn't have the tool to remove the entire thing
I also need the pivor bars, tilt latches, strike plate and the removal tool for this window
We offer the 75-006 charging and installation tool, but it is currently backordered. In a pinch, you can use needle-nose pliers to grasp the spiral and carefully remove it from the shoe. Just make sure to wear goggles and gloves for protection.
As for the tilt latches, you can start by comparing the specifications of the 26-243 and 26-244 to yours.
We may be able to supply your pivot bars as well, but we'll need to see an intact part uninstalled to compare to our inventory.
If you need the keeper for your sash lock, we'll need to see a clear photo of an undamaged keeper and have you write out the hole center spacing of the sash lock and keeper.
We would need to see the balance uninstalled to confirm but the (3/8") S900 or (5/8") S600 spiral balances would be a good place to start, depending on the diameter of the plastic housing tube and the style of the spiral tip that attaches to the pivot shoe.
In that case, you'd need the S900. Make sure to measure the length of the housing tube. You'll also need to weigh your window sash and follow the chart under the product description to choose the color tip option for your spiral balances.
Unfortunately, we can't determine what you need with the pivot shoe and pivot bar still installed. We'll need to see both parts removed from the window jamb, as well as have you write out the exact width and thickness of the pivot shoe to compare to our inventory. Thank you.
