Replacement parts

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. We can definitely help you replace these cranks, yes, though it's difficult to make out what you have without seeing it out of the window. A couple important details are obscured here.

Start by looking at our 39-031 and 39-032 operators, as well as our 39-155 and 39-156. These two pairs are more or less the same except for the size of the link arm. Review the dimensions we show in each case to determine which pair is the better match.

If neither is, please show me a photo of your operator removed from the window and we can work from there.
