I need everything that might need to be replaced including the two channel balances. They have a part number 28B and are 1/2 inch wide, by 30 inches including the plastic end tips.

Thanks for writing in! Your window balances can be replaced with the S378-29, S380-29, or the S385-29. To determine which of these is the series you need, measure the depth of the bottom shoe.

Our 2820 stamp should work for the window. A pair of these will support a sash weighing 12 to 16lbs.
