Replacement parts for American Craftsman B50 Series Window

Question

I need two of the following: pivot shoe, coil balance, and support. As you can see in the provided photo of the  manufacturer label, it appears to be a B50 Series (American Craftsman) window. There is no open notch in the track for installing replacement parts, but I can cut one out with a Dremel tool. The pivot shoe and coil is broken on each side of the lower window. Spacing for the pivot shoe appears to be a 1/2" thick by 1 & 3/8" in approx. width.  (approx.). Do you have replacement parts? If so, what do I need to order? Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out! The coil housing you have appears to be a match for the 15-087 Coil Housing Pivot. To confirm that this is the correct replacement, you'll need to remove it and compare the specifications.

The compatible coil spring is the Series 180 Coil Balance. You'll need the S180-05 to complete your assemblies.

There are two methods you can use to remove/install the assemblies; one requires making cutouts and the other uses the 75-069 jamb spread. I've tagged the tutorials below for your review.
