Replacement parts for Andersen - Straight arm operator and Tandem stash lock

Question

My order number was 1759286,these were parts of Andersen - straight arm operator and Tandem stash Lock. These parts did not fit and I returned it back.  I have uploaded the pictures of the parts that is currently on my Window and looking for the correct replacement parts. Please let me know the correct replacement parts, so that I can place the order again

Thanks for posting! Looking at your operator, I believe the newer type 39-332 should be the one to fit your window. However, yours being an older style you might need to order the 39-362 adapter plate to install the operator to your window. As for the lock, take a look at the 38-161. For the hinge set we do not carry Andersen hinges we carry a stainless steel generic type the 36-004-10 and the 36-004-14. Take a look at the parts along with the related videos, and see what you think.
