Replacement parts for, (I think) Sears double hung tilting windows

Quick Learner from Dallas, TX
Hi Swisco,

I am thrilled to find this form where I can submit my photos!!! Amazing.

I have what I think are Sears Windows that are probably 20 years old. My house is a not too distant tear down so no point in replacing the windows but I would very much like to repair them.

I do not see any markings on the parts.

The Pivot Lock Shoe is 11/16" thick on the side but curved extrusion at base makes it ~3/4" I think.

The Spiral Balance I have are 17" and 28" long (different windows) and 9/16" wide. I see there are two of those per lower Sash in each window. What about the parts for the upper sash?

Thanks for writing in! For the pivot shoe, start by looking over our 15-047. Look over the dimensions and confirm if you think this could work as a replacement. For the spiral balances, seems like you're going to need our S600-17 and S600-28. To know what Color Tip options to select, weigh each window sash. Match the exact weight with one of the weight ranges listed alongside each Color Tip option on the balances' product pages. Watch the video below for removal and replacement details; the principles should apply to the upper sash balances as well.
