Replacement parts for Kinco ?? windows

Hello,
I believe I have Kinco windows which are no longer being made. I see that you can supply replacement parts. I cannot find any numbers on the balances or the boots but am including photos to see if you might have something that will work. I had ordered balances from a local company but they could not find boots that would work with it. They ordered a 22B tilt sash measurement of 23" with a hook at the end. Any help you could lend would be greatly appreciated Thanks!!! Katie

Balances Length: 23" width: 10/16" rear: 1/2"

Boots 1 5/16" x 1 4/16" Width: 9/16"

I recognize this balance. You are correct, it is no longer available. That said, we can offer a substitute, but it will need to be custom made. I'm going to email you a custom order link and price quote that you can use to place an order on our website. Please let us know if you have any questions!

For reference, we will be using our S795-23 channel balance with a 15-198 clip attached to the top. You may want to look over this hardware before you place your order.
