Replacement parts for Patriot Windows

Hello,
I own a condo in NJ built in 2007 and that used Patriot Windows. Pieces of the window have broken as well as a spring. I wanted to send you some pictures to see if I can identify and buy from you Patriot parts or parts from another manufacturer that will be able to get my windows working functionally again. Please see attached and I appreciate your help. I have a contractor available who knows the windows and just needs me to get the parts so I am eager to buy them from your website. Thanks!!!

Hi My name is Moe, I am having a hard time to find some window parts . I think is Patriot window, double hung. the balance has the number 33E .I will really appreciate your help.

Thank you both for your patience in this matter. Unfortunately, this balance is obsolete, and I do not believe there is an exact replacement available. That said, we are currently working on a possible substitute and will post again in this thread as soon as we have more information available.

Thank you for your continued patience in this matter. After extensive research, we believe we have come up with a solution.

As Paul said earlier, this balance is obsolete and no longer available. However, you should be able to use our Series 795 channel balance as a substitute. Take a look and let us know what you think. You can still reuse your old pivot bars with the shoe that comes with the Series 795 balance, but if your pivot bars need replacing, as well, then you can use our 26-402.
