Your pivot shoe resembles the 17/32" thick 15-199 shoe that is compatible with the 1/2" series 160 or 3/8" thick series 165 coil springs.

You will need to remove the balance assembly to measure to confirm the right series. From there review each spring for a stamped number to match up the weighted option needed. If there are no markings, please provide the weight of the window sash to move forward. Compatible covers can be viewed on the series product pages.
