Replacement parts for insulate awning windows

A contractor from Maui says:
These are parts that I am looking for:
1) photo is of my slides which measure 16" aluminum only
2) #6 awning cranks which were almond or beige
3) hinges for these same awning windows
4) locking mechanism for awning windows
I would love to source these parts and if stainless is an option I would like an quote for these parts

Hello,

I see that you have a photo of two-channel balances, which could be either the S380-26 or S385-26 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2550 spring strength options for your replacement balances.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a suitable replacement for your awning operator. As for your hinges, take a look and compare our 36-048 to yours. 
To research replacement options for your lock, we would need to see one of the original locks removed from the window to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
