Replacement parts for silver line casement window

Thanks for writing in! Your window balances can be replaced with the Series 795 Channel Balance. Although, to confirm the exact replacement, there are few details you'll need to gather. To start, please include a photos of the attachment at the top of the balance and how it installs, as well as a photo of the back of the metal cam on the shoe.

Are there any stamps on the metal channel? I am unable to see one in the photo. If it does not have a stamp, I'll also need to know the length of the channel and the exact weight of the window sash.

It appears you have a U-shaped pivot bar installed at the bottom of the sash. The pivot bars we recommend for use with our T-lock shoes are the 26-021 and 26-366. To confirm which of these is the right replacement, you'll need to carefully compare the dimensions, especially for the placement of the installation holes.
