Replacement parts for simonton windows

Question

Hi I need some help getting replacement parts for my windows please.  I believe they are simonton windows.  I need 4 balance shoes.  And also 4 of the long pieces that go into the side of the track I'm not sure what they are called but I believe they also have to do with balance?  And lastly I need 1 of the spring locks that can pull the window out that broke.  Thank you in advance!

Sounds like you need to replace the coil balance system. I am sure we can help, but Simonton windows use a few different possible parts, so we need to see the system out of the window, including the pivot shoe, to identify what you require. For the tilt latch, see if our 26-243 and 26-244 match up.
