Replacement parts for simonton windows

Sounds like you need to replace the coil balance system. I am sure we can help, but Simonton windows use a few different possible parts, so we need to see the system out of the window, including the pivot shoe, to identify what you require. For the tilt latch, see if our 26-243 and 26-244 match up. 

This view at least tell us the system you have, thanks. This appears to be a 15-199 Pivot Shoe, which uses either Series 160 1/2" thick Coil Balances, or Series 165 3/8" thick coil springs. Compare the thickness of your old springs to determine which you need.
