Replacement parts for sliders manufactured around 1964

A handy person from Indian Wells says:
I need new interior handles for 6 old sliders. The original handles have attachment screws that are 5" apart. Thank you.

I'm afraid I don't know what you have. Can you show me some photos of the original handle set? I would especially need to see how it latches the door closed. Can you also check that hole spacing for me? Make sure to only measure form the center of each hole, not their edges. I think it'll be more like 4-15/16'.

Thanks for confirming! It looks like your handle also uses a hook to secure to the door. With that in mind, i think our 82-005 would be our best bet. Look it over and let me know if you agree.
