Replacement parts for thermal swing windows

I bought replacement vinyl windows from a company called thermal swing in 2003 they were located in Charlotte North Carolina but I do not think they are in business any longer. I am wondering if you have replacement parts for this type of window. I have broken one of the little aluminum clips that aids in opening the windows for cleaning.

Hello there! These clips look like our 16-002 Take-Out Clips, used during the removal and replacement of channel balances. Take a look and let me know what you think.

Yes, the 16-002 can be ordered through the 16-002 Shop Page. Simply click where it says 16-002; from there, you can add these to your cart, then click checkout in the top right corner of the screen. Be sure to set the quantity needed.
