Replacement parts or counter-balance for Pennco windos

A home owner from Ohio says:
I have 12-13 year old Pennco windows with a broken part in the counter-balance mechanism. The numbers on the balance are 33HD KPB51 (or KP851). The metal channel is 34" long X 5/8" X 5/8". The window is single-hung where the entire pane can tilt and is removable. The attached photo shows a broken balance that I am trying to repair. At the end of the balance contains a plastic piece with the bottom of a pulley. I am interested in purchasing that part as well as the whole assembly. Please let me know if you have these parts and the price. Thank you very much!

We may be able to help, though your balance will need to be specially made. We would use an S770-34 with the bottom clip swapped out for our 62-105 hook. Does that look good to you? If so, can you just tell me the weight of the sash these balances support? Can you also tell me how many you need?
A home owner from Ohio says:
The sash weighs 16.8 pounds. I plan to purchase 2 now, and if they work well, then I will order 12 or more to keep on hand for my remaining windows.

Thank you.
