Replacement patio door latch

Question

Trying to identify parts needed to replace existing latch and keeper. 4 15/16" mounting holes.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We sell the handle set, which is our 82-005. We also sell the 82-310 exterior key lock separately. The bad news is that we don't sell a keeper that matches yours. It is discontinued and no longer something we can get a hold of. The 82-005 comes with one already, but it's a side-mount, whereas yours is a face-mount.
