My home has double hung windows that have no discernable markings from the manufacturer. The windows were installed about 15 years ago and the plastic parts are starting to break. I am most interested in replacing some of the tilt latches as I can easily slide new ones in, but the replacements I found at a local hardware store did not fit (the latches are three inches long according to my tenant). I can try to get more specific measurements from my tenant if needed, but appreciate your advice in trying to find the right replacements. He also noted that the piece at the bottom of the window and on the sides are broken, I am guessing those will take more effort to replace and may need to wait until the whole window is done, but appreciate your insight if there is a piece the can replace that element.
Thanks,
Dan

Hi there Dan.
Thanks for reaching out to us. The 15-177 pivot shoe can replace your old one. This uses the S152 coil springs (sold separately) but you can reuse your old ones if they're in working order.
As for the tilt latch, take a look at the specifications of the 26-243 and 26-244 to see if they match up with the old one.
