How wide is your complete pivot shoe?

2"long x 1.25" wide x 0.5" thick

Based on those dimensions, our 15-046 would be a good match. However looking at your photo above, the thickness looks more than 1/2". You may want to triple check just to be sure.

My Window has White Tip spiral balance what is your expert advise to order. I am planing to replace with BLUE tip one. my balance rod size are 5/8" x 19" long and 5/8' x 24' long and single tilt vinyl window with insulated pan. Please let me know.

It would depend on the weight of your sash. The blue tip option for our S600-19 can carry 10 through 29 pounds. As long as the weight of your sash falls in that range, you should be okay.
